Bryon Land focuses his practice on business and corporate law, with an emphasis on state and federal taxation, and estate planning and administration. He advises clients on business sales and acquisitions, executive compensation, entity formation, individual and entity taxation, estate planning for individuals and business owners and estate and trust administration. In addition, he represents taxpayers and businesses in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing agencies.

Bryon holds an LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Florida, where he graduated with high honors and was a Graduate Editor of the University of Florida Tax Review. Before receiving his LL.M., Bryon earned a bachelor’s degree in economics, cum laude, from Willamette University and graduated from Willamette University College of Law, magna cum laude, where he served as the Associate Editor of the Willamette Law Review.

He is admitted to practice in Oregon.
