Attorneys Our firm currently has 18 attorneys that provide a wide range of legal services for our clients. We feel fortunate to work with some of Oregon’s largest privately held companies and enjoy a growing and sophisticated transaction and litigation practice, while being situated in the close-knit community of Eugene. We continuously look for highly motivated attorneys with superior technical and interpersonal skills to join our firm. We do interesting and challenging work in a friendly and collegial environment. Current Openings Although we have no openings at this time, we invite applicants to submit their resumes so they are on hand in the event of an opening. Law Clerks Each fall, we hire one or two law students who have just finished their second year of law school to work for us the following summer. Often, the job extends throughout the student’s third year. By working with Arnold Gallagher Percell Roberts & Potter, students have an opportunity to gain experience in business law, real estate transactions, foreclosures, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, estate planning, and insurance defense. We prefer applicants who are in the top third of their class and have law review experience. Staff We seek to hire legal assistants and other support staff who share the firm’s commitment to providing excellent service to our clients. Our staff is experienced, highly skilled, and capable of multi-tasking. When hiring new staff, we look for friendly, independent thinkers who would enjoy working with us.
